The work of art is framing the common area ( beer garden) at the Ernst-Moritz-Arndt barracks in Hagenow. Its concept is that the composition of the colours of the glas object is diverted from the colour distribution of all the national flags of the world in 2015. The percentage of the area fraction of a colour equals the percentage of its appearence in all the national flags. So the colours of all nations are becoming an artistic symbol of the One World, which we inhabite all together and for which we as humans have to carry responsibility, more and more especially on the local level. The art object can be understood as a critical remark to the texts of Ernst Moritz Arndt. On one hand they speak about the importance of a free and democratic attitude and on the other hand they are filled with reservations towards other nations.

Räumlich fasst das Kunstwerk den Aufenthaltsbereich (Biergarten) an der Ernst-Moritz-Arndt-Kaserne in Hagenow. Konzeptionell ist die Zusammenstellung der Glasfarben des Kunstobjekts an den prozentualen Flächenanteilen der Farbverteilung der Nationalfahnen dieser Erde im Jahr 2015 orientiert. Die symbolischen Farben aller Nationen werden zu einem künstlerischen Bild für die Eine Welt, die wir gemeinsam bewohnen und für die wir Menschen gerade auf lokaler Ebene zunehmend Verantwortung tragen. Das Kunstobjekt kann als eine kritische Anmerkung zu den Texten Ernst Moritz Arndts verstanden werden, die einerseits von einer freien, demokratischen Haltung und andererseits von Ressentiments gegenüber anderen Nationen geprägt sind.
